The Green Cat Salad

spring/california mixed lettuces
strawberries, sliced
walnuts (toasted pignoli nuts work well)
hass avacado, sliced
garlic croutons (opt.; recipe in index)

Like all good salads, mix well in proportions you favor.  Dress
lightly with a fruity vinegarette.  (I like a raspberry balsamic, or
an orange vinegarette.)
